employees from hell registry

Just wondering if a stste by state registry of employees who are blatant theifs, druggies, constant no-shows,etc.would be possible here,as in "do you know who you just hired."
love to hear some ideas,as these folks are a blight on the industry.

In fact, most of the above data are in public records.

If you don't have the time or the inclanation, hire a service to check.

Or better yet a registry of employers/owners who are totally clueless as to the laws/rights employees or potential employees are entitled too.. Not naming any names though?

It's already out there in Wisconsin. Go to wcca.wicourts.gov and enter their name. It will return all cases realated to persons of that name in the Wisconsin court system.

You can find everything from speeding tickets to major felonies to divorce cases.

Also lists the disposition of the case, no contest etc, fines and or prison terms.

The internet is a great place. I'm sure you could even find a listing of all the local roadfood joints with health code violations.
