favorite brand of soft drink

My favorite brand of soda is pepsi. Tonight I tried rc cola for the first time and liked it. My favorite brand of rootbeer is ICB. I bought a 20 ounce bottle of rc cola for 50 cents at walmart in Athens, Ohio. How many people here like rc cola?

I buy Diet RC Cola for one reason only. It's made with Splenda. Coca-Cola also makes a diet version made with Splenda but it's hard to find for some strange marketing reason.

I am 52 yrs. old and do not consider myself ancient, but have a memory
that seems ancient.
When I was a kid, soda, soft drinks, or what we called in my area, pop,
could be bought for 5 cents a bottle. It went up to 10 cents when I was
about 10-12 yrs. old.
RC had a promotion where under their bottle cap your could discover if
you had won a 10, 25, or 50 cent reward. It had a cork layer you had to
dig through to discover if you had won anything.
Not being from a wealthy family, I would buy RC's so I could get some extra
money if I was lucky enough to buy a candy bar or bag of peanuts.
It's been years since I've had an RC. I may search one out due to your thread.
I'm a Dr. Pepper man now.
As far as root beer, I always like Hines.
I also enjoyed an orange soda, Tru-Aid.

Coke is yuck. It's always Hot and Flat.

Coke Zero is only good if it is really, really cold! I too drink it, not by choice, but it is better than some of the alternatives out there. Usually I drink water or iced tea but every once in a while you need a little carbonation and so....
Root Beer fave is Barq's and I like a good cream soda too!

Diet Coke (regular now tastes funny to me). If it is from a self serve fountain I add a little Dr. Pepper.

Foxon Park birch beer,followed by Stewart's root beer. I haven't had the former in years, but I had the latter about a week ago.

Any Lycoming style (white) birch beer; found a 2L of Frozen Run brand at Wegman's market in Williamsport PA in the spring. If I hadn't been a passenger in someone else's car I would have filled the trunk to bring it back south.

I was raised on RC - we too called it pop in Ohio where I was - but switched to Coke when I moved south because they had screw on lids on their 16 oz. bottles and it helped keep the fizz in.

Lately I've become reacquainted with Squirt - a citrus/grapefruity flavor and it's my current favorite ... unless I need the caffeine jolt of Code Red Mountain Dew.

I haven't seen RC Cola in years but it was the first brand I ever saw that had a caffeine-free version. I love orange soda of any kind and also cream soda, which is somewhat hard to find.

I really like Mr. Pibb. Unfortunately you cannot get it in the Northeast. I drink it when I visit my dad in Florida. Before the TSA banned liquids in your carry-on, I used to bring home a bunch when we flew.

I just discovered Dr. Browns Diet Creme Soda. Very tasty!

I would almost kill for Nehi Peach Soda, but I just havent brought myself to order it off the internet yet. A case would cost about $30 dollars and thats just to much. My sister lives in South Carolina and hasent found any for me yet. Ironicaly, I found some in lower West Virginia at a gas station on my way back from Myrtle Beach this year, but they only had one left (so he said).

RC cola is everywhere up here in northern West Virginia. Its always cheaper than Coke and Pepsi, but I find it a bit harsh.

I usually drink Diet Rite cola (the RC cola diet version) because it has 0 caffine, 0 calories, and 0 carbs. It's hard to find in the 2 ltr. size sometimes here so I buy it in the 6 bottle pack. Used to be 1.98 for a bottle six pack and the price just recently shot up to 3.98, that's just about 100% increase. Sometimes we'll drink what we call the "bad stuff", Mt. Dew, which would be my preference if calories and caffine were not a problem.

I recently bought a bottle of Knudsen's Grape Spritzer and am so hooked I keep the fridge loaded with it at all times.

It's reminiscent of Grape Crush or Grapette, only much better.

I believe I have 12 bottles chilling right now. And they're mine, all mine. ~(;-D)

Baja Blast Mountain Dew. You can only get it at Taco Bell. I do wish they would offer it for sale in grocery stores.

Ice cold Diet Pepsi on a regular basis. For something special I love Vernor's Ginger Ale or Barq's Root Beer.

I, as a youngster, loved a RC Cola and a Moonpie. Had neither in years.
My favorite at this time is Diet Pepsi.

Great grape flavor, I bought 72, 20 oz bottles while in FL this time, and have been rationing them out ever since.

Don,Paul buys diet Grapico for us all the time .... We buy it in 12-can boxes.We love it !

Dr Pepper and Pepsi are my favorites along with cream soda - any brand will do - I love cream soda.
