sharing what kinds of biz's do you run, and are they profitable?

Our Italian Ice business is at a local flea market. We also run a small snack booth that includes popcorn, nachos, candy, and soda, which we run year round. The Italian Ice is currently not running - we weren't going to bring it back until around April but people are already asking for it so we're thinking of bringing it back earlier.
