I’ve been having a problem with the mustard freezing. anticipating this problem i purchased the Heinz pump top style dispensers but the mustard still freezes, if any one has any ideas or suggestions on how to insulate the dispenser or any other way to keep it from freezing id be greatly appreciative thanks ps its only the mustartd teh ketchup wont freeze

You could always wrap the mustard jar in a school sweatshirt.

I don't know if you have any electricity at your cart location, but maybe placing the mustard jar on a heating pad to keep it warm would help. Is this a small 16oz jar, or one of the large commercial 1 gal jugs of mustard. If it's the big jug and electric is not available, you could try using a hot water bottle wrapped around the jug. Maybe you could just keep the mustard next to the water bath or grill on the cart and dispense it for people during really cold weather. Even though the ketchup isn't freezing, I would try to warm that as well. I would not like getting a shot of freezing cold condiment on a nice hot hotdog.
