frenchchef daily cooking tips

Hi!! my name is Frederic living in Paris France. ive been a food and cooking lover for many years. i start this thread to give daily cooking tips. hope you enjoy it!!!bon appetit!!!......sorry for my terrible English!!!

    when you find your dish too salty simply add a tiny bit of vinegar and a bit of powder sugar and your dish will get back to his "natural" taste. bon appetit!!

    HOW TO DO A LIGHT SALAD SAUCE: take a fat free yogurt, mix it with lemon juice, add some fresh aromatc herbs, some Pepper and salt....bon appetit!!!

    HOW TO CUT A ROASTBEEF NICELY: after being cooked, dont cut it right away. just put it on a "cutting plate" and cover it with foil paper for around 5mn. it will keep the juice Inside the roastbeek and wont leak on the plate....voila!!!....bon appetit!!!

    ca c'est bien vrai...mais l'erreur est humaine non??....et il n'y a pas que de grands chefs sur ce forum!!!...moi le premier!!!

    Sauce too salty? Add some peeled potato. It will absorb the excess salt.
    Then, eat the potato!

    HOW TO VERIFY OF YOUR MICROWAVE IS WAVETIGHT(not sure if its the exact translation)...jut put your cellular phone in it....call it...and if the phone doesnt ring it means your microwave wavetight
