gooood breakfast

an egg is an egg. RIGHT? there are three things that make a memorable breakfast. most important is the gravy! it must be made from scratch, using the fat from either sausage or bacon to make a blonde roux and thinned with whole milk. if it has meat in it, all the better! we then need something to sop up that good gravy. that can be either a biscuit, or potatos. a biscuit has to be a scratch biscuit, high & flakey, and served hot from the oven. potatos are skillet fried, and made from real spuds. both those sliced or diced, from cooked or raw potato, must have both crispy & tender unbrowned portions. extra biscuits are perfect if served with sweet butter and homemade apple butter. THAT, my friends, is a goooood breakfast. to find a restaurant with even one of these, is a real find. but to find one with ALL three. nirvana! here's hopin' one of you roadfooders can direct me to such a site
