great website for cooks Sun, 02/26/06 10:06 PM (permalink)
thought i'd share a great website i found. it's called the Cook's Thesaurus and is located at foodsubs.com. it is great cause it gives you sub ideas but also good explanations for different foods. i had been looking for a substitute for serrano chilis (i didn't feel like going to the store), they explain the different chilis, the heat ranges, and good subs. turns out i could use my thai chilis that i grow as a sub. awsome site.
