gum in a toothpaste tube

Does anyone remember the name of the gum that was in a toothpaste tube, when you squeezed it in your mouth, it would be really mushy, and then harden after chewing a couple of times? It came in grape and strawberry flavors.

I remember the stuff. Bazooka made it. bad bad stuff. I remember that Ghost Buster's also prompted a similar gum that was green and red like the colors of slime. Truely gross tasting.

I remember trying that when I was younger. My teeth would cry out from all the sugar I was putting in my mouth. I always thought it was kind of a rip off because you could never squeeze all the gum out so my friend and I would cut open the tube when it was almost gone and dig the rest out.

That stuff was bad. One tube was all I wasted my allowance money on. It's no wonder why that stuff is no longer around.
