hamburger i have only made once

the thread about deep fried burger reminded me of this.. the steps were this. render bacon fat from bacon and set aside. cook hamburger in bacon fat. fry egg in the fat put egg, bacon and hamburger on bun with cheese and assorted condiments and fry the sammich in the left over fat. amazing for the night, but will probably never make another again, so rich.
