Hey Hanna, I responded to your other thread already, but just so you understand, the university is quite a distance from the downtown area (Copper Square), so there will be no student business to speak of. Stands are permitted during sporting events but, as someone already said and I have also heard, the permits are rather difficult to come by. I have not personally seen any hot dog carts around the campus, likely due to city ordinances. (Anyway, Ted's hotdogs is only a few minutes drive away, can't beat that) Where I typically see them is around construction projects or industrial parks. One that was very sucessful was in Queen Creek, along a busy road leading to a large master-planned community. Two young ladies in Hot pants and halter tops started selling hotdogs at 6 AM and were sold out by 10AM. Clever Marketing... The catering trucks you see driving around (roach coach) typically are selling to the construction workers (mostly Mexican) and they probably have not developed a taste for Swedish cuisine, nor do they plan to. As I said in my other post, Flagstaff would probably be an interesting choice, at least look into the possibility through the city offices. Good luck! Dean
