Jack I have to hand it to you, I usually only do BBQ on weekends and it still kicks my A$$. By the time I buy things/prepare for the weekend event(s), then do the event, then take a day to clean up from the event. I have 3 events this coming weekend (Father's Day & 2 grad partys) 1 full blown set up and 2 just the food. I am really hoping the weather is not as brutal as it was this past weekend, but hey it's summer and its supposed to be hot

Illechef, I didn't know you were in Anchorage. Do you live and work there? Go say hi to M.A. for me. He is the hot dog guy in front of the Federal Building. He is the reason I'm selling hot dogs here in Denver. Jim By the way it was 95 today. But it's a dry heat. Although my steamer gets too hot and the water evaporates pretty quickly. The rolls are hot just not steamy. Tomorrow is supposed to be 70...gotta love that Colorado weather.
