about a month ago and all because of this website. I'm not too crazy about fried, processed, hightly fattening fried pies but after reading how much everyone loves them, I had to try one. In fact, I feel like eating one at this moment, but the kids are asleep. It was very delicious! very fattening, but soooo good. I only ate half because I couldn't believe how many calories there were! i really, really, enjoyed the sugar coated fried crust!!! mmmmmmmmm

no, no... I should've explained it better, it's those fruit filled pies that they sell anywhere. Mainly right at the counter of most convenience stores for like 1.50 or so. Mrs. bairds is a texas thing, so i don't know if they're sold everywhere but I know Hostess sells fried, fruit filled pies. and actually today, friday, I bought a cherry one. mmmmmmmm

Oh, ok - I don't think they sell that brand in the Seattle area. Too bad. Thanks for the info. John
