DJ... You've posted several times now asking the same question.. Still searching I see.. Click on the FORUMS tab, then click SEARCH and type in HOT DOG CART. Many a cart have been discussed here.. It will give ya several hours of good reading and research info.. GODD LUCK!

Have you thought of asking existing hot dog cart owners? Find some vendors (off hours), buy a dog, shoot the breeze, tell them what you are interested in and ask their opinions. People are often very willing to talk about things they know well. Good luck!

mizliz.. thanks for the suggestion. i have done that and that is why i am starting to narrow down carts. i am hopeing that someone here has either personal or 2nd hand knowledge on the carts i am asking about.

Try contacting the manufacturers of the carts your interested in and ask for customer referrals

Why don't you ask your future competetion? Most business people are flattered to be asked about their opinions. Ask the hot dog vendors you would like to model your venture after.
