    It appears you need 51 posts to become a hamburger.  After that, 101 is needed for achieving cheeseburger status.

    Don't worry so much about your posting "status" as a roadfood member. Just keep posting in response to what's relevant to you.
    Some folks here have been members for many, many years and have only posted a few times. Some post everyday.
    As my friend MetroplexJim said, "we all started as junior burgers".

    Ok here is the break down:

    Lurker = 0 Posts
    Junior Burger = 1 - 50 posts
    Hamburger = 51 - 100
    Cheeseburger = 101 - 500
    Double Cheeseburger = 501 - 1000
    Double Chili Cheeseburger = 1001 - 2500
    Filet Mignon = 2501 - 4999
    Sirloin = 5000 +
    Double Chop Porterhouse = Michael Hoffman

    You can hide it from that list if you want to.  There are several other prominent posters that do the same.

    Michael, I don't think anyone really pays attention to or gives much credence to post counts anymore.  I can't even remember the last time a thread was started to congratulate others for reaching a certain level, which used to be commonplace.

    Jack, your a Junior Burger, soon you will be Hamburger. Years will go by and you will move up the food chain ladder and hit midlife Double CheeseBurger. Your going to feel like life is shooting by, thinking a Corvett will make things right. At that point the wife files for divorce, the kids hate you. The years go by, the new wife 21 years old thinks your pretty cool moving up to "Sirloin" status. While you were on Roadfood moving up the ranks, she was on-line with her new Boyfriend, a broker on Wall Street that she just bought a Airline ticket to meet in New York City. You get a call from Katz's Deli,she tells you she is not coming back. The tow truck is in front of the house hooking up the Corvett, she ran up all your credit cards to a tune of 100K. You sell everything, your homeless living at the mission. One night, laying under a bush at the park, you will remember the good old days when you were a Junior Burger. Remember it's not how many posts you have, it's the quality of what you say that counts..................pnwc

    I'm still a lowly double chili cheeseburger although I've been on this site for nearly 10 years. I don't think I'll live long enough to make Filet.

    Pretty much the only level that counts is being able to post links/pictures. Otherwise, people tend to judge you by what you write, not how much.
