late night snack

I had made some chinese-style steambuns a few days back and had a few leftover.  No meat in them this time, since the original main course was heavily meat oriented.  But they had some garlic, some 5-spice powder and some seasme oil for flavor.
 
Rather than steaming/microwaving the leftovers, I decided to fry them in a little butter, after I split them in half.  Actually one i split into thirds after remembering how much I like "twice-sliced" bagels (is that a Philly/Jersey thing?).  My buddys woud always ask for them toasted......but I like grilled.

That is my best buddy Wesley the boxer.

He is adorable.  I love boxers.  They are my favorite dogs.  I like the name Wesley.  I used to have a brindle boxer named Harley.  I miss him so.
