lease terms

I have done some fairly extensive searching and don't see exactly what I am looking for. What kind of lease terms do you folks with concession trailers ask for? I'm trying to get a good feel for this due to it being my first time. I'd be interested in typical rent, duration or any special requirements that I am missing. I have a brand new 7 x 18 full kitchen by the way. I know that each situation is different but am trying to get a general feel for it.
