leaving tomorrow - cheesesteak help

In Philly tommorow for one night and need to know what cheesteak place to visit. I am staying at the Westin. Also, do these places sell chicken sandwiches - I am with a vegetarian. Is there a non-touristy place you all like other than pats or genos?

And then again, if above link doesn't work, go to the "Sandwiches" forum and look for the topic "Philly Cheesesteak" (with about two pages of posts....)
