I have heard they are going to branch out into School Food Service. Maybe a test-case school in some out of the way location like Nicolet would be a good place to start?

Lions Choice recently opened a location in Oklahoma City, and a new franchisee has plans to open stores across Oklahoma and Texas, according to their website.

I pm'd him when I saw he said he was from Milwaukee and asked about wings and I quote
"im always looking for the best buffalo wings especially in the mid west but their really are so few that dont make you sick because their so greasy and fatty so if anyone knows of any really saucy wings....."
Never heard back from him.
I suspect he himself was not a Nicolet grad.
