I see food carts at lowes, car washes, etc. How much rent would some one pay to be there and how do I negotiate for the spot and electric power?

you need to contact the owner of the property first, try getting the numbers from the stores currently on the property. lowes and home depot i think use a seperate service to find vendors for their parking lots, im not sure what its called though, its somewhere on this forum under some posts...i would just start with the owner of the property first. good luck.

Should probably check with your city and county first. We just had a major set back as we discovered our city allows NO hot dog carts and our county only allows them at "special events". Now I'm stuck with a cart and trying to figure out how far I am willing to drive to set it up.
