The pay off is that the human owner comes home to her apartment and finds the chairs torn and ragged. Of course, she blames the innocent cat (with a broom).

I don't think that at all. If you don't contribute to the core purpose of the web site I think you are taking up space and time that should be put to better use. Please get with the program or consider making some other site your place to nest.

Well, I never got that far......maybe it IS funny and I missed out. Do you get to the funny part after you wade through the ads? It is not worth it to me, if it means downloading a virus.

Theres NO ADS on that site that is hosting the file!! (@ least when i goto it there isnt)

I saw the link okay. No pop ups at all, my virus and firewall did nothing. I went on to watch other clips while I was there. You have to have quick time to view the little mov file. That's the only reason I didn't watch it. I don't use Quicktime if I don't have to. Most were in microsoft media format though and were fine.

But to get this when I click a link provided.. I get leery.

R, you only got that gibberish because you prolly don't have the correct player to see it or it is opening by default into a reader program. It might also have been a java error on the page or something. It's harmless.

I downloaded and scanned and it's a clean file.
