Here is a LPG bunn coffee maker I just finished. I found the machine at the scrap yard and the element had burned up. I braised the holes up and removed all the electric parts. I made a burner and control and mounted it in the bottom. I made coffee today with it. Here is the burner.

Billy Thanks, I am thinking about a cart, I would like to do crepes as well as grilled items. I havent been to the scrap yard in a good while. They had some good sheets of stainless last time I was there pretty thick too 10 gauge. I saw a step van recently, I would like to build a mobile kitchen , I think I could haul a$$ around town with one of those! My baby is 9 weeks old and a doll!

Jack if you lived in Springfield like me youd just drive 1 1/4 miles and walk into the Bunn plant and say "Hey here is my old pot fix it please". And they would give you a just rebuilt unit or sometimes a brand new unit. I know Bob Bunn senior and they are an impressive family. They try and take care of their employees, in any way they can. Good job on your unit, so how big are the sheets of S Steal? Jack

do I have drawings of carts. Need ideas. Simple to off the wall. Have built 1 that turned into 4, LOL, tear it apart and start over. No really built 5 and sold them. I really like what the noob has in Vacouver. Did an Apollo and Victor cross to what CSD has. Refrig has to be there, going trend. Built one all griddle had flaws in the design, for me. I am to picky.

jacksnacks, cwood3 and curby should get together and have a Brain Fart process on carts. LOL We all have a thought and used carts, now to green carts. future of the trade. If I can only get them to produce more CO2.

Griddle for sausage and bacon, can adapt design to fit your needs. http://www.apollocarts.com/900.php and add http://hotdonutco.com/ Coffee brewing and smell of crepes Would not work in my area they only want Biscuits and Chocolate Gravy. Hiners show who eats the most.LOL

Dr o bbq , I will go thurs day and see what there is, you have to be quick or they carry it off to the smelter in Cleburn. I bought on sheet about 5'x4' with the blue plastic still on. They sell it by the pound- 60 cents. I will take some more photos of the coffee maker and add to the post . It is very simple. Although I made the burner there are ones on line used to fix bbq rigs that will work for about $15. I used a propane bbq control and mixer pipe to feed the burner on mine , the online bbq places sell controls and nozzels also so check them out. If you find a coffee maker that doesnt work this may be the way to go. Although bunn coffee makers are usually worth repairing as they run a couple of hundred and up. This project is part of my overall plan to convert my trailer to gas. I am tired of going to events and having one 115v 15 amp outlet available. Plus I have a couple of places I can set up in the mornings and sell from and there is no electric available. If the machine shop has finished the hotdog bunn toaster tomorrow I will post some pictures of that. I am in the middle of converting a small deep fryer to gas also, that has a safety control and gas thermostat - its close!
