quote: Hi Stephen, I'm really disappointed. First of all, the new slick code doesn't work on my IE 5.2 for the mac. (meaning that the info doesn't come up when my mouse is over the flag on the map. Secondly, I used to be able to access Roadfood fine with my Safari browser on my powerbook running os X 10.3.6. But alas, it now crashes Safari when I try to go to the site. Thirdly, well, Microsoft doesn't offer Maps for the Mac. Any chance you'll be working on some Mac code anytime soon? Matthew McCormick

Matthew, sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. Have you tried using Firefox on the Macintosh? You might want to give that a look - http://www.mozilla.org Many people have mentioned on these forums that it is the best browser for the Mac, and I have fully tested the site with it.

I've experienced crashes with Safari (although sometimes it works fine on Safari), but I can vouch for Stephen's Firefox suggestion. The site works without problem with Firefox, and yes, I did download as a result from the recommendation on this site. I've even switched my work browser to Firefox too (one of the few things that seems to be installable through our firewall!)
