Rice with some hamburger, liver(optional), green onion & seasoning

Not the best but most grocery stores carry the Tony Zachary brand in the rice section of stores, just add ground beef.

Enjoy

So, your meal of, say, pompano is not complete without a side of rice with hamburger or liver?

When I used to work at the Grand Rapids Airport Hilton (years and years ago), one of my benefits was a free lunch from the Spinaker (seafood) restaurant. Every day there was a pile of rice on that plate. I had to ask the owner one day if they bought out the rice fields in China... Now twenty some years later I can finally enjoy rice again... But my favorite is when it's cooked in chicken broth with finely chopped steamed veggies added in...
