last night i has my first steak in over a year.
( i quit eating beef altogether with the mad cow scare in dec 03)
i lately have decided it's ok to eat GOOD( local fresh no hormones humane treatment of animals etc) beef, if i REALLY want it.
So we got two boneless ribeyes from Oregon country Beef at a local market .
we bbq-d ( yes in oregon ....in january
) them over LAZZARI charcoal with just fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper.
oh myyyyyy gawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwd
it was SO GOOD.
I think the good beef and that lazzari( mesquite real chunks of wood charcoal) makes ALLL the difference in the world.
