You'd think if you are making your $$$, on the backbone of steak, you could at least get that right. My first two trips to Golden Corral were steak misadventures. An obviously young, and clueless teenager with no knowledge of "rare or well-done", dispenced what amounted to a load of gristle and fat to my plate. I almost thought he was trying to be funny.
I'm starting to think, if you really want a good steak, you might have to at least upgrade to Outback.
