a question. thirty-five years ago i found myself
hitchhiking back east in the DC area with a fellow
who was kinda' knowledgeable about the area. he
took me to a sandwich shop, and he had me order
what he said was a local favorite. i LOVED it!
i've never gone back to the area to get another,
and would like to make one here in arizona. it
seems to me it was kinda like a cheese-steak with
onions and peppers, but i want to say it had eggs
involved. anybody know what it was called, and/or
how it is made?? hurry, i'm hungry.
