Re:New Jersey Italian Sausage
There's a local company here that makes really good sausage, Uncle Charley's. I get extra hot, fry them up slow with onions, bell peppers, and hot Hungarian peppers. Sometimes cheese and sauce, sometimes not, but always on Breadworks bread. I make my own kielbasa, but for some reason, never did Italian sausage. I'm going to someday, and try cold smoking smoking it too. Do you guys think that'd be good, or too close to kielbasa or hot links?
