I have read in a few places about a dish called Barberton chicken. I know Barberton is an Akron, Ohio suburb but I know nothing about this dish. Could someone please enlighten?

Well if you still want to know a little more about this chicken or where to buy some of it try this website www.whitehousechicken.com they are a small chain that sells it. For about a year we had a location in Strongsville Ohio, but, I really didn't like it, not much of a flavor for me.
