~Garlic Chicken~ Chinese Style

Does anyone know of a "real good" recipe for these gems. The best place in the world to buy these is from "Mandarin Garden" in Issaquah, Washington....all the locals agree  *I think I was the last to find out. They sell wings that have a heavy fresh taste of garlic deep fried to a golden brown w/fresh lemon on the side...omg my mouth is watering. They are the BEST! Check them out if you are ever in the area or make a special trip if you are near by....all their food is awesome! Does anyone know how to make em
