lasagna

I have prepared 2 large trays of lasagna for a party in one week. I would like to freeze the pans, however I don't know if I should freeze unbaked or bake first, then freeze.

Bake and freeze, otherwise you got a lot of stuff getting funky when you thaw. Thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in a slow oven. Top with cheese and enjoy!!

Yes, I agree...bake, freeze, then defrost overnite and reheat in a slow oven (covered with foil)
