I'm writing an article on the best ice cream parlors/stands in the Midwest. I've covered every state except Minnesota. Any suggestions?

Well, one that comes to mind, is Bridgeman's. But their ice cream is made by Wells Dairy, aka, Well's Blue Bunny.

For a state with a large dairy industry, MN doesn't seem to do much with ice cream. Maybe it's just too cold most of the year to want something cold in your craw. Anyhow, the ones I recall being notable were Grand Old Creamery and Sebastian Joes. The big grocery store brand there is Kemps, which seldom gets mentioned in the "best regional" etc. threads. It's just too darn sugary. Also, I believe the Dairy Queen HQ is in Mpls, so that might be worth a mention.
