I just finished reading Natural Cures by Kevin Trudeau. He mentions that the salads at fast food places dunk their salad greens in a chlorine solution (preservative) to extend its shelf life. Yeuuucckkk! And all along I thought I would be eating healthy by choosing a (chemical laced) salad over a burger. OK, I'm not eating there anymore.

It's called Stay white in the industry. It usually comes from a large processing house to retard the rust on lettuce or turning potatos black and used on other vegtables. I'ts been around for years don't worry about it it will just preserve your innards. Chow Jim
