I only post this here, because Chris O'Connor was a sous chef for the House of Scotts Restaurant in Bolton Landing, NY (Lake George Area) for more than 17 years.
It's a great loss for the village of Bolton Landing, where Chris grew up, graduated from high school, married, worked and began raising his family. He was known to volunteer to cook for very large groups of people for fundraising events, church events, and other town occasions. He was known for his big heart and humor. He had the ability to make even the coldest person smile.
His home-based computer consulting and technical support business was used by the restaurants and other Bolton Landing merchants regularly.
He leaves behind a wife and two children ages 5 and 2.
He'll be missed by family, friends, anyone who ever knew him, and the kitchen at House of Scotts will feel a little emptier.
