Ok guys, I went back and forth as to where to post this. The "fast food " thread didn't seem right. The individual owners, even though it is a franchise, have controll over the menu. The guy who ownes the Panchos I like best makes a great stuffed bell pepper that you will not find at other Panchos, and real hard to find anywhere in my area. So.... is that atuffed pepper roadfood? And if one owner makes an exceptional green chili stew, is that?
Bill, the green chili stew is made with pork. I think pork is kinda standard for that dish but someone from Nm could tell us for sure. Xannie, what is posole. I know but can't remember. The panchos here don't have it.
