How adaptbile are you? At my new location, there is not a breakfast crowd at all. So I changed. I'm selling more Hot Dogs than ever now and Pulled Pork BBQ's. My new hrs from 9:00am till 2 PM and sales are worth the effort.
Now to change the subject. I just got a parttime job playing olde tyme banjo on Sat & Sundays at a local smorgasborg. My second Love.

When you get up at 4 or 5 am to go to work 9-10 is a perfect time for a dog or 2....

I love a good banjo, but somehow I don't associate it with smorgashborg. Chow Jim

cowboy bob 2.

That is great news, good for you, continued success. Give'em what they want and they will come. Good luck
