Any suggestions on what companies make it commercially for grocery stores?

AnnPeeples, Edy's makes a Pumpkin ice cream; in fact, it's one of the "Grand Light" slow churned (or whatever that line is called *laughs) and it actually tastes very good. I don't know if Turkey Hill makes one, but if they do, I'd be willing to bet that it would be a good one as well.

I love pumpkin ice cream this time of year. If I am at an ice cream stand, I will usually order one scoop of pumpkin and one of cinnamon. For some reason, these two seem to go especially good together.

I love pumpkin ice cream on pound cake or with spice cake or with a scoop of vanilla or apple pie ice cream or coconut ice cream or something else that they might have at Brusters at the time.

Out here in the Pacific Northwest, Tillamook makes a smooth, hearty, bright orange pumpkin ice cream that I tried last night. Very good.
