By the time I got to the butcher yesterday they were out of Rib Eyes, had to settle for a couple of Choice NY Strips. Coming up to room temp with a little Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, and Ground Black Pepper.





On to the grill.





Off the grill and resting for a couple of minutes.





Let’s eat.





I overcooked mine a tad bit but it was still very tasty, my wife thought they were perfect.

Beats the heck out of my Fiesta Fried chicken I am having at the Residence Inn. I am extremely envious.

Looks like John and I had the same idea for dinner.
