Bake in a 350 oven side by side, cut side up in a shallow roasting pan.
Cover the exposed meat generously with pats of butter (1/3-1/2 stick ea.)
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon over each tail.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 min.
Baste often with pan juices.
Salt & pepper before serving with fresh lemon and butter.
Works best with tails that come off lobsters 2 1/2 lb or so and under.
