I think sometimes this is some of the best fried chicken ever.
You are both wise and of good taste! Some of the best these days indeed! I run across a clunker(clucker) every now and again but most do it up pretty good. If there's a woman over forty doing the frying I've yet to be disappointed
I've got regular places along my little routes I drive around doing my little things.
There's a shell station in Williamstown Ky right off I-75 that has fried chicken worth driving twenty winding miles just for the chicken itself
Ten miles up another has a Chesters BP that has never failed to be fresh. Eight miles down another road and yet one more box of chicken and a fill up if you please.
I know a bunch of gas station chicken joints and for some odd reason the best of the best places, for me in my experience, involves crossing bridges. I'm serious!
An odd observation but true none the less. I believe history will prove me out in the end
