Here's a photo from a recent trip to Gus's Chicken in Mason, TN. If you've never been you've got to try Gus's. Many magazines have named it the world's best chicken and I find it hard to argue. The spicy chicken goes down great with a cold beer!

I just recently read an article in "Travel and Leisure" about a guy on a bacon hunt in Kentucky and Tennessee who was a vegan. He also talked about Gus's in Mason, TN

I guess he is not a vegan anymore He did not regard bacon as a meat but a condiment. Go figure.
