While the broccoli rabe looked wonderful, there's just too darned much sauce and cheese on the veal and chicken, and way, way too much sauce on the side of spaghetti. Ripetizione dopo me: La salsa è un condimento. La salsa è un condimento. La salsa è un condimento.

I agree completely and so would Mario. Something about the American way to over sauce and over cheese.
