Can spring be far behind with the annual right of re-opening at Scooter's Frozen Custard? After a great dinner at home tonight, young son and I drove the 35 minutes to Belmont and Ashland to enjoy a little dessert of frozen custard. Make mine a black raspberry with cookie dough and Irish mint with cookies and cream for the younger guy. It was delicious - really creamy, no ice crystals, great add-ins. It could not be improved!
If you're in the Chicago area, stop by and feel 20 degrees warmer...just like spring!
