reply to collard greens

I, like you, love them all.
I think I like collars better than the rest with kale coming in second.
Collards always remind me of good times around the family table. While I was growing up we had collars less often than the other greens. Each year after the 'main' vegetable garden was 'going-to-seed' We always had a turnip 'patch'! I liked turnips cooked along with the greens yuummm

I reckon you were replying to my post about greens, Scarlett. We can have two threads about greens, or delete one. Me? I just love greens.
