Hi All -
We just made the move from Seattle to Milwaukee.
On the way over we had the fortune of running into the Bar 3 BBQ in Bozeman. I'm far from being an expert in the genre, but my wife and I enjoyed the heck out of it. We got their full rack of baby backs, along with an assortment of their sauces. My wife liked their basic Bar 3 sauce, while I was partial to their Kentucky Sour Mash sauce - kinda like a sweet and smokey sauce, almost like a Chinese sauce without the red food coloring.
It was like eating bacon off a bone. Yuuuh-MEE.
