The best pizza we-my husband and I-have tasted, is from a family-run chain called Luigi's. There are 7 in Wisconsin: Peshtigo, Sobieski Corners, Menasha (ours), Shawano, Green Bay, Manitowoc and Sheboygan. This is genuine Italian pizza. The crust is tender, the cheese-no less than 4 varieties used, topped with parmesan-is HEAPED on, and pulls out in delightfully delectable strings  from the platter to the plate  We highly recommend a visit to any of these emporiums, on your next visit to the ever-beautiful state of Wisconsin!
