Grilled 8 ears of corn, and some sliced zucchini and eggplant tossed with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper.
Simple and really satisfying, a great summertime meal.
Dessert was Duncan Hines brownies and vanilla ice cream.
