I have a NEW DISH that is absolutly mouth watering. TRY IT. it's easy. PINEAPPLE COOLABAH: 1. PINEAPPLE CUT INTO QUARTERS, SLICE ALONG THE CORE TO TAKE IT OUT. USE A DOUBLE SIDED CURVED FRUIT KNIFE TO SLICE PINEAPPLE FROM SKIN, LEAVING THE PINEAPPLE ON THE SKIN,CUT PINEAPPLE ACROSS WAYS THEN CUT DOWN THE MIDDLE,THIS GIVES YOU BITE SIZE PIECES. 2.PLACE 2 SCOOPS OF VANILLA ICE CREAM ALONG THE TOP OF THE PINEAPPLE. 3.COVER WITH A LITTLE GOLDEN CIRCLE FRUIT SALAD, & SPRINKLE WITH A FEW CRUSHED NUTS, WHICH IS OPTIONAL. 4.DECORATE WITH TRIANGLE THIN WAFERS IN THE ICE CREAM. 5.OR TOP OFF WITH A LITTLE CHOCOLATE SAUCE ALSO OPTIONAL. EAT & ENJOY.

This sounds delicious, I love fresh pineapple. Can anyone enlighten me as to what Golden circle fruit salad is and where one would buy it in the US? Thanks, Bunny

sorry i pushed wrong button befor i finished. but as you can see you can make your own fruit salad, oh and don't forget some passion fruit, & a lil suger in the salad, put in fridge for a few hours, then spoon a lil over your Pineapple coolabah.
