RE: Campbells Select Tortilla Soup
I would much rather be able to make a great soup then buy it as well, but for that kind of soup I would imagine you need a food processor or at least a blender, and at this time I have neither. I don't pass it off as my own though, I tell my guests what it is after they say how good it is.
I'd reather be tarred and feathered before I'd buy a canned soup and actually eat it and serve it. YUCK.
I agree. I rarely ever buy any canned soups. Why, if you can make your own in little time? And, way better quality ingredients, and less sodium?
With fresh/or seasonal produce and herbs available year 'round, why not make your own?
