Enclosed Hot Dog cart

I live on the southside of Atlanta,
ga. and am currently researching getting into the Hot dog business.After meeting with my county health dept, I have been informed that my cart must be enclosed. Can anyone recommend a manufacturer that builds enclosed carts? Thanks in advance for your responses.

Do they mean enclosed or just a sneeze guard over the cooking area? My county requires a sneeze guard and any platics place can build you one for a couple hundred bucks.

TELL HIM missdiane raved about the cart....its a plain jane and we put in the sink steamer grill....piece pf cake

Look under food carts. Units with roof and lids are considered enclosed. I know because that what happened to me. If the county bucks you, just call the state director.
