I find I'm addicted to Nature Valley oats and honey granola bars. I've been having one with my coffee every morning at work for months. In fact, it's hard to imagine a cup of coffee without one. Does anyone else find these irresistable? Or is this my own little obsession?

Yeah I like those, Broken up in a bowl, with apple juice poured over them, and eaten as cereal.

I can't buy a whole box because I would want to eat them in one sitting! And the idea that you would open the little twin pack and eat just one -- ha! My oldest son used to love them too.

Yeah - I used to try eating just one, but I lost my discipline!

They're actually not bad at all for you, even if you eat two at a time. It's 180 calories, 8% of your daily fiber, not too much sugar, a little fat, and lots of whole grain. No artificial ingredients or hydrogenated oils. You could do far worse for a snack.

Funny you mention that. I've seen at my grocery store "Nature Valley granola bar cereal" - it's pre-crumbled. Haven't tried yet because I like to eat a healthy cereal in the morning.

I have been hooked on those damn granola bars for over ten years now. Oats & Honey and Cinnamon used to be my favorite, but now the newer Almond ones are. And can't forget about the banana variety :)

I tried the cereal but wasn't really impressed with it.
